who among you is suffering from Psoriasis here? What actions are you taking to cure it and what medications are you taking to alleviate the rashes?

as far as I know, there's no actual cure for it but u can alleviate such pain or itchiness when the rashes start acting up on you... There are options: pick

1. a powder which you'll add water to it and serve it as ur water bath and let the mixture stay on ur skin for 15 mins or max then wash it off

2. instead of water bath, get an amt of dat powder and add a tad bit of water and use it as paste on specific rash which is so itchy or giving u discomfort and let it stay there without washing it off

3. use cream on specific zones of ur skins


---- make sure all these powder/creams have "oatmeal" as its basic ingredient coz it has its component that would ease the itch and the redness of your rashes... pharmacies have its array of choices for such ailment or much better check with ur reliable derma

i stopped trying to medicate my scalp psoriasis...

due to the fact that it is becoming very resistant to almost anything i try to use...

plus i don't like the idea of using corticosteroids...

what i do..i don't think about it...

it's my mom who's stressing about the few lesions on my back and abdomen

i really don't care....

cuz if i think about it it will only get worse...
