Candidate is assigned a business case and be required to perform a detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis. 80% of the analysis shall be quantitative, both financial and operational (contribution margins, breakeven analysis, ROE, ROA, competitor analysis, etc) Candidate is expected to deliver detailed analysis and conclusions between 12 and 10 pages long (including additional pages for exhibits). Deliverable must contain the following aspects:

• Identification of critical issues
• Credible recommendations of possible solutions
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical support
• Implementation of recommendation
• Risks, contingencies and alternatives considered
• Supporting exhibits
