drink a glass/es of water before eating your meal.. thats effective for lossing weight
1.) Excercise: Cardio (at least 15 minutes a day)
2.) Avoid as much as possible FATS and SUGARS, and Minimize Carbs
3.) Cooking: Avoid FRIED. Try Baked, Grilled, or Steamed because you don't add FAT to food in order to cook it.
4.) Portion control & Count your calories
5.) Excercise: Weights (muscles burn calories, so make muscles)
All easy to say but difficult to do. Good Luck
breakfast: whole grain cereal with low fat milk
Lunch: brown rice and steamed fish
Snacks: low fat yogurt
Dinner: brown rice and vegetables (or whole wheat bread with low sugar fruit jam)
