This book is a compilation of all available updated data regarding taekwondo - Korea's national martial art - focusing on the scientific analysis of theories as well as the three-dimensional illustrations of major physical motions. As an updated and revised edition of the taekwondo manual originally published in 1975, it stresses the aspect of spiritual enrichment so that a taekwondo practitioner may cultivate a noble integrated character in him- or herself.
