small ice cream business..

One day, when my friend and i was talking about opportunities and small business, he was able to mention about soft ice cream stand.. kinda like the softee ice cream we have in our malls.. i thought it's a great idea to put such a business here in our small town in mindanao.. but i still have very small ideas about it.. i wish someone could help me go about it, probably some advices.. first off, is where can we buy an affordable yet quality soft ice cream machine?

thanks guys.. do u think it's profitable? i mean i know the running price of soft ice cream today is very cheap, even softee ice cream sell it for around P6.00 i think.. can it profit? considering the raw materials, labor and especially the expensive machine.. i've encountered the cost of the machine is around 100k even more..
