you must have siguro an ample source of capital jud.

if you buy, ang price sa lot must be around P5k to P12k per sqm.

if you rent, ang imo business would be up to the terms specified in the rental contract.
if ma-interesado ang tag-iya sa property, mafia'hon ta...

but on top of it, this should be a very profitable negosyo granting maayo lang pagkadala.
