    unsa na program imu sir werky? ako pagsabot ani na workout program kay kana sa gym...sakto ba sir?

    Chest:
    Bench press 3 set x 10 reps
    Inclined press 3 set x 10 reps
    Etc

    Triceps:
    Etc

    Tuesday:
    Shoulder:
    Etc...

    Legs:
    Etc...

    Wednesday:
    Rest day

    thursday:

    Friday:

    Censya wala ko kabaw sa mga pangan... Hahaha

    ako sauna sir kay lunes ug huwbes kay chest ug back...martes ug bernes kay biceps ug shoulder unya merkules ug sabado kay legs ug biceps...alsa2x gani ko balik krn sir kay krn pa naulian ako injury sa wrist...kapahuway jud ko ug taas2x nga panahun gikan sa gym
    hatagan manka ana ug program sa imu instructor sir werky inig sugod nimu ug gym..papilion ka unsa imu gusto na program..shaping ba ug uban pa
    basta deligent lang jud sir unya tarung ug alsa kay kita jud ang resulta labi na sakto sa nutrition ug supplements

    mao... Dugay naman ko 4 months na.... Hahaha

    Gus2 ko mo try ug lain workout programs.... Ky murag hinay ug build up aqng program... Post ta nako nya wla ko kabaw sa mga pangan... Hahahahaha....

    bai, every 3 months ko mag ilis ug program sauna para dili mukaging ang tubo sa muscle..hehehe..para lahi na pud na part sa muscle ang maigo unya nindot ang porma inig tubo..mao nay ingon sa ako instructor sauna bai...hehehe
