Hi,

I am helping out a friend of mine in looking for a small office space to lease or sub-lease. The company is working for a US-based client and works 10pm-6am. The space must have a ready leased line or dedicated internet connection w/ a minimum speed of 1mbps where we can tap our PC's. no ADSL's please.

Specs:

number of employees = 5-6 persons
space = around 25-50 sqm
amenities = 1 comfort room
location = must be within Mandaue City or very near Mandaue City
