If I were you try na lang Java. Once you know java, you know na C-Sharp. Basic syntax of C/C++, PHP.

I don't know if Delphi support OOP, But Java is OOP language just like C-Sharp.

Delphi support OOP full! Delphi is VERY easy to learn, allows you to create applications in no time, stand alone exe, no runtime crap etc.
Being a programmer since the 80's, and wrote in assembler, c, c++, vb, and delphi, I decided to go the Delphi way. I am quiet fast developing applications or games with delphi, means for me, I can make faster money.

I would not suggest to go with Java, you will be too limited.
Learn first a solid language lik C/C++ and Delphi/Object Pascal or similar.

    Delphi is dead.

I suggest you decide on a particular career then you'll know what language to study.
