hmmm pentium d 945 is phased out item, imho, e2180 > 945, tried 945 nd e2180, 945 got hi clock but due to old pentium4 katong old netburst archi, inefficient kaau iya cores to work together. usa pa heat issues ani perti inita sa 945. mao ni dali reasons phase out sa intel ug dali.

while e2180, from core2duo archi, both cores work efficiently dan 945, usa pa it has gud stamina for overclockng. tried oc sa usa ka customer w stock cooler la prob, mild nuon to hee

Pentium D's are not-true dual core procs...they give off more heat and eat a lot of power. On those days, the Athlonx2 edged Intel by a long margin...so go for the newer model e2180
