yes, on your question about if they teach noweigian but i dont know about the sending you to norway for work...
they have a lot of languages offered... ambot asa na sila ron.. sauna dapit sa bo's coffee cebu doc man to.

i had my call center training there... paid for by TESDA... thank you...
they have native speakers there... the one teaching german or french is the cook/part owner of Outpost...
