Default Warranty of cams from PixelPro

Think everyone knows that PixelPro's (Parkmall) cams are cheaper than other stores here. I just have a question.. For their Canon cams, they have 1 year warranty but you cannot go to the Canon Service Center (in The Gallery) in case naay daot. Dapat sa PixelPro jud then ilang epa dala sa Manila to have it repaired. If you go to the service center here daw, ma void daw ang warranty.

Why is this? If we buy if from the other stores, mu engon sila adto sa service center pero ang PixelPro dili mu sugot. Unsay binuang ani nila?

let me guess, if shutter assembly needs replacing, you have to pay for the parts huh? if so then thats just service support not real warranty in the true sense of the word. i can only assume these units are gray market items.

thats where then few hundred pesos differs...the after sales support...real warranty vs shop only "service warranty" as some call it.

diri sa istorya.net, only one shop is certified...its a cebu based shop so why not support cebu, support istorya.net...and get the proper real warranty (honored at any canon center here in cebu or manila or where ever in the philippine) and with the after sales support you deserve.

I think free parts and service for 1 year. What's the name of the certified shop? Do they have a website? Thanks

actually sir, pwede po nyo i direct sa Canon service centre sa Cebu, however, if they will also direct it to Manila office (according to our account executive, they don't have technicians that can repair DSLR, lenses there), I personally expedite the process of the repair from Canon service centre para po less than within 1-2 weeks ok na po..

if you choose to bring it there sa Cebu service centre, kayo po bahala, we won't control that po (i think na misinform po kyo ng sales demo namin, i will advise them po)

Canon Philippines warranty po lahat ng Canon products namin, you can check the sticker seal po ng canon on the boxes po
