Bruce Lee wasn't defying physics... he was in fact using it to his advantage. One-inch punch... it has dp/dt written all over it! I mean change in momentum with respect to time... just like what the article above explained.

ahh.. biomechanics..

sa jujitsu.. ang kusog sa imo punch kay gikan sa strength sa imu legs nga planted firmly sa ground..

its like this, reaction from the ground is transmitted through the legs, then increased by the rotation of the waist then the shoulder then to the arms then finally to the fist.. each bending, twist, affects the power of the punch..

it might interest you guys to know nga lisod kaau isumbag or i sipa kung nagbitay ka... (when your feet are not planted to the ground)
