hi guys, need your help...I just bought my laptop and naa problem sa system time, it sets itself to september 2019, even if i set it back whenever i restart my laptop it sets back to sept 2019, is this a virus? or there's wrong with the cmos battery?

fyi, its the same as my desktop pc, so i guess its a virus?
