PLDT DSL Disconnection when playing Online games

Good day. I have a problem in my cafe. Customers playing online games always complains that they always encounter disconnections. But when i would check the internet speed, its around 2.5 tp 3 mbps. Whats seems to be the problem with this? I already reported this to PLDT and their technician came and told me that my line is OK. Hope anyone could help me with this problem.

unsa diay nga mga game sir? experience mansad ko cge DC online game, but i think there's a problem in my line kay static man ang among telepono.. pero before mski wla pa problema sa amo linya, bati jud pang online ang PLDT, sa ako ra experience in 2 years.. delayed kaayu inig duwa..

it's on the game itself,, you need to update the games at least once a week. hte shutdown is cause by the game updating..you might have to go either the backdoor or blackscreen way when updating..it's too much too explain,,WoW takes a long time to update..hope that helps

Its not just any game but all online games would always DC internettently. I didnt have this problem before but this started after PLDT repaired their lines after the recent earthquake in taiwan. When their technician would check, they would only say that their is not problem with my line. But i didnt have this problem before.

I updte my games regularly but my problem is not with slowdown of internet connection but with sudden disconnection of internet.

ka encounter sad ko ana, pero sulbad ra kay mi gamit na ko ug router, sauna kay ang modem router lang sa pldt ang akong gi gamit unya connect ko direct to switch ok paman to pero karon morag dina effective, try lang ug gamit ug router or kng migamit ka ug router try testing ug lain nga router basin naa ang problema...
