Hi guys, i need help about this...

I have been happily using my gprs for globe and sun(yahoo site only) for some time now but then recently, it quit working on me if no load... it used to be na i can browse even if zero balance. So i decided to delete the settings that were all setup sa WAP. and sad to say that it turned out destroying my phone. for the whole day today, my q21 wont turn on at all. when i press the power button, it will show me the MY PHONE logo but that's it. It will turn itself off.


HELP please...........................................


guys, any enlightenment about this issue will surely go along way and also, going to the warranty ppol is my last resort....

possible nacorrupt ang iyang program...e claim lang na ang warranty ky morag software problem na siya, kon wala nay warranty just send me pm tabangan tka to fix that phone.

thanks for the reply j0shlar... i went to SONY, then ingon sila, im not the first person who went there to have the phone serviced for the same reason.

sus, pwera gaba bya jud na sony service center! ang ilaha telephone wala juy manubag! nya kun mangutana ka why wala manubag mu-ingon dayun sila manubag sila. ilang warranty sa my phone sus! ambot nalang!!! cge lang saad next week pero wala juy action! nag pa warranty ko sa ako my phone tv21 kay nikalit lang ka buang ang touchscreen mulihok lang ug iya cge lang ko saaran sa warranty! kun wala nako ingna e-report sa DTI dli jud unta to mailisan. matod pa sa ako migo naa cellphone shop ang my phone manila jud daw naa problema sa after sales nila. mao na dli najud ko mupalit ug my phone.
