Thumbs down LBC suck balls BIGTIME

Ya read it right.. LBC failed on package delivery service.

I placed a package shipment from Mindanao to Cebu City last Friday September 4, 2009 and expecting the delivery on Saturday. Well what do you know, the item still undelivered until today. So I opted to track the package using the LBC's web utility, only to know that the culprit was a wrong consignee address. Then I was like w-t-f? I have been shipping packages to the same address many times before with another courier service and experienced no problem at all.

What makes me tick was THEY never contacted me just to notify the failure of the delivery since they have my contact information. They have my email address and contact number. Every shipper has to supply these information when placing the package. So what's the use of those??

Now I have to call the LBC's Cebu delivery hub tomorrow morning again to rant about their lousy service.

Bro ... I haven't experienced any bad service so far from LBC pero panagsa ra man pud ko mag ship hehe. Last time na nag send ko ug items using LBC was 2 years ago. Karon nga frequent na akong shipping, I always use Air21 instead of LBC. The reason is because tanan mga ginapalitan nako ug items from Manila also use Air21 instead of LBC. So nakisabay na lang pud ko sa uso. Wala ra pud ko kasulay na ma fail ug deliver ang items. Max of 3 days muabot na ang items. If ever masipyat ang Air21, I'll note how they will handle the situation and let you guys know

i wanna share my "funny" experience with them...
i was in leyte and i shipped some important papers to cebu.
they said it'll take 3 days, on the fifth day i returned to cebu and u guessed it--the package wasnt there yet.
it took them a week to deliver it. i got there much faster than thier service nyahaha

kung dili mo abot imong package within the said date.. you can also call any LBC branch and ask them to trace your item ,their webpage tracker doesn't work...

If a process has 1% chance of failure (and 99% chances of success), I'm sorry to inform you that you're simply that 1%.

Just sent my dad a book via LBC (Cebu to Mindanao). He got it a day after I sent it (and it was a Sunday, even). So my parcel fell under the 99%, yours didn't.

thats true.. maybe na timingan lang ka sa malas.. i have been shipping things around the country.. what i noticed is that with Air21 it takes 2 days for delivery.. for LBC if you the package does arrive the next day considering you got in sa cut off time nila

LBC - so far wala pa ko ka experience nga na delayed ang delivery sa akong paliton nga item dinha sa Cebu. bsta mka abot lang sa ilang cut off time ang pgpadala, pgka ugma ma abot jud daun dinhi sa ako. Though, LBC - SM Cebu (specifically) ni reklamo nga "BUKID" daw ang PANGLAO . i was thinking, wala cguro to nka anhi ug Bohol (PANGLAO) nga taw ky nka ingun man xa nga bukid ning amo dinhi hehehe.

LBC SM Cebu, Mahal ang ila g charged P320 (ky gus2 nila ibutang pa jud ug box, nga pedi rman unta ug dili ky dli man Fragile ang item) sa isa ra ka item which is nka pa "huh?!" sa ako ky b4 P230 ra ang charged nga akong na byran sa same item, lahi lang nga branch.

AIR21 (bohol) not good for me. perti kau cla ka langay.

Depende ra Cguro na sa branch sir atong ma tymingan, pedi pod, Depende sa Taw nga mo hatud kung sincere cla sa ilang work or Dili. ky ang uban, bsta abuton ug tapol... ma oplok na daun ang huna²
