How do i know if im buying a GENUINE Samsung LCD Monitor "with" a GENUINE SAMSUNG LCD PANEL?

i'm planning to get a T220 this month but i'm holding back since there is an issue that some T220s are packed with other lcd panel brands like LG, Chimei, etc...

i can't find the similar thread for this query so i asked again nalang.

Ive known only the Sammy P2370G which around 13k gud..23" Full HD 2ms response tho dili ni sya with built in tuner.

If P2370HD is only 11k even na 5ms response payts na kau...

i don't think 11k ra ni considering the fact na naa na ni siya tuner then 23" kay akong P2250 almost 11k naman gani w/o tuner and besides, wala pa man gani tingali ning P2370Hd diri sa pinas. As far as i know P2370G ray naa pa sa pinas....
