need help to reduce delays in online games

mga gamers (especially online gamers) hehe

unsaon man pg-improve sa akong gameplay (online games).. delayed man gd gyapn ko, and i've alredy upgraded to PLDT's 1mbps.. and i think that's quite enough naman coz even my frends 768kbps is better.. though he has bayantel DSL.. i am experiencing delays, wla man nuan kaayuy lags (seldom ra), delays jud akong problema.. even sa Garena nga Dota delay cya (unless ako ang magcreate hehehe).. counterstrike source, delayed sad, usually akoang latency sa source kay 150 and above..
i dont hav downlods running and i even signout my messenger when i play..

if u hav anything to share that cud solve my problem or just improv performance, pls feel free to share hehe.. like internet settings tweaks, etc. and do i need to install Window's QoS packet scheduler?

try ug tang tang ang mga unnecessary services..
start > run > type services.misc tapos enter. idisable ang uban nga sa tan-aw nimo way hinungdan...like reporting errors ug etc..

are u sure about this sir? how can those services affect my internet and latency? or does it consume bandwidth too? oh, it's services.msc hehe

hehe sir i already hav 3gb of RAM and i think my video card can handle the games i mentioned very well.. thanks for responding though..
