What's the best "All-around, Walk-around" lens?

I don't wanna bring along 2 lenses during a photowalk, i'd only bring the only one attached to the camera-body.

Question is, what's the best all-around walk-around lens??

sir, di ba oly user man ka? ill get the 35-100mm f/2.0. if you want it to be wider, then the 14-35mm f/2.0 is it

Ganahan ko naa ko 18-200mm. naa cya medyo wide and naa pud cya medyo telephoto.

pero kung serious, mas gahan ko naa ko canon 24-70 F2.8L.

I am! Im using the 14-45mm kitlens for my E500, 40-150mm f3 with my E520 and 70-300mm (or my 50mm f2 macro) for my E620. All these lens came with the package when i bought my cameras. But so far, either it's too shallow or too near for me (zoom-wise). I carry my 40-150mm most of the time, but i find hard to shoot in enclosed spaces, and i end up with cropped-shots.. All the more with the 70-300mm.. The 14-45mm kits on the other hand falls too short when it comes to zooming in the subject..

Any idea how much the ZD 35-100mm costs? And where can i get me one?

its approx P120k. i tried it briefly last year but i still like the 150mm F/2.0

bro, check out the SIGMA 24-70 F2.8 EX DG Macro daw. wala katunga sa L counterpart, but payts gihapon..
