Hi All,

Accenture is in need of Customer Service Representatives position.

Candidates can look forward to developing their communication, analytical and interpersonal skills while having fun working for a leading UK-based media company.

Responsibilities:
This project-based position will be for a 3 to 5 month duration. Work hours may be from 12:00am to 9:00 am or 3:00pm to 12:00 midnight. Candidates may be assigned to either shift.

Qualifications:
■ College graduate. Nursing graduates are most welcome to apply
■ Strong interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills
■ Computer savvy
■ Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
■ Excellent in verbal and listening skills
■ Willing to do call center work
■ Must not have applied at Accenture within the past 6 months
■ Minimum of 2 years college education and at least 2 years work experience in general customer service

it depends on the scheduled assigned to you. most likely you will be on a mid-shift or graveyard. everybody will be exposed to different shifts not permanent to a one shift only.
