it looks like it's missing the quick release plate. it's the part that attaches to your camera, and locks it to the tripod. maybe it's attached to one of your dad's old cameras.
otherwise, you'll have to buy a new tripod

try to look for a quick release plate which would fit on the head of the tripod.
kadto para-hugot, i think he means wrenches or drivers to tighten the screws.

noelie_023, get the measurements of the mounting base (kanang asa ipaslak ang quick release plate) and post it here or pm me. I'll check if naa koy mga daan nga plates nga musakar sa imong tripod.

palit nalng ug bag-o oie. naka afford ka palit camera nga more than 40k..
a tripod costs around 2k up siguro kung gusto ka mas barato cdr king naay below 1k....
