    bro what usually happens is:

    1. investors invest their money in the form of shares of stocks. sample below:

    e.g. investor A=100 shares
    investor B = 200 shares
    investor C =10 shares
    investors D=50 shares
    investor E= 150 shares

    @ 50 php per share

    2. the investors may become employees sa business like marketing manager/ operations/ etc. Here you will earn thru salary. thus apil ni cya sa expense

    3. With regards sa directions sa company and major decision making, your number of shares will correspond to your voting rights. e.g. if you own 50% of the stocks then your decision is worth 50% vote.

i hope this helps let me know if you still have more questions......

usually, if dili ninyo ipama-agi sa shares of stock, i-fix ninyo ang percentage sa sharing. and usually, ang profit share kay mao sad na ang share if naay loss. usually walay share sa loss ang industrial partner.

BTW: industrial partners are in Partnerships, kung mag storya na gani ka ug shares of stock, corporation na gyud na siya. Both of which adto sa SEC magpa rehistro

corporations would really use shares of stocks..

and bsan single and partnership businesses..i would still set it up like a corporation, because this simplifies the sharing process sa ginansya og responsibilities...(assuming daghan og owners ha)..

it seems na a pa ka confusions bro..let me know so i can explain fully...

naka sulay ko ani nga partnership sa una pero amo to gi himo nga corporation registered sa SEC using Express Lane with ready made by laws. partners should have to subscribe the shares of stocks, partners who are also employees would also get the same benifits as employees at the same time will receive dividends according to the subscribed capital.
