naka deep-freeze does not mean dli na ma corrupt or maybe u mean na virusan??

daghan reason ang corruption sa OS, one is physically damage ang hdd. <-- hard to fix kay it's hard , but windows will try to fix it.

lain kay na corrupt ang file for unknown reason. possible not saved properly(kay nag brownout,etc..) or naay bad program that made the system file corrupted <-- can be recovered by windows/can be fixed by software, reinstalling is one.

loading ang os nimo then mo HANG LANG ug kalit.. then wa na ka sa MOOD... then mao na FORCE SHUTDOWN... = corrupt OS

yeah improper shutdown by you or brownout kalit..... try installing UPS to your rig for inevitable brownouts..

head crash while accessing to system files/startup entry files, major cause wud be power fluctuation / improper shutdown. hehe, physical bad blocks is serious damage. mao sad ni ang disadvantage sa deepfreeze kn pirmi lang sad pasagdan, useless gud ang basic scandisk/chkdsk tool sa windows when ma improper shutdown if ang deepfreeze kai active pa.

kani pud, for ex. u got 2 partitions sa imu hdd, C: nd D:,u installed windows on drive d: and deepfreez'ed et, but drive c isnt deepfreezed cause u want that drive as ur back up drive/files drive. ur system is still vulnerable kai windows allocates space sa primary partition (which is basically the 1st created partition) nimu wher i store partition info, system startup entry files, etc., if those files are corrupted/damaged, u cant boot windows.

better to check ur hdd 1st for bad blocks, then repair/mark them as bad, before u install ur OS nd deepfreeze et.
