3-5 days to get to manila, then another 2-3 days to get to cebu. Where is your location? You can try calling Cebu City Post Office and give them your tracking number and they can check if its arrived. Also when you pick it up, bring some cash. You might need to pay something there.

alright. im in cebu city but i have my items shipped to mandaue kay walay samok. where exactly in mandaue? kay you have a post office in city hall and also one in subangdaku. whichever is most near to your house, adto na didto.

really? naa ko basak, mandaue. mga packages namo kuhaon lagi sa subangdaku dili sa city hall.

ako, although wala ko dinha pinas.. naka order ko recently using PAYPAL dayon ang mail service kay USPS, corek! it took 3-5 working days, excluding the day that you made the order. I was supplied with tracking number to check for online status sa akong package ug contact info etc. via email.

(first time pa tu nako pag order using USPS, and they certainly did stay true to their words).

just be aware sa custom duties & tax. magpadala ra og notice ang taga post office nimo para pick up ang parcel. naka indicate na sa notice ang imong bayronon.

tawag sa post office on the 6th day (working) ipa trace.

if basak mandaue inyoha, most likely anha na pick upon diha tapad LTO. kanang sa atbang kay sorting area ra na diha.
