help!! preserving a Bearded Dragon

Hey, I just Lost my Bearded Dragon..he was suffering from swollen limbs for a week and a half and he died yesterday.. sayang jd kau.. Luoy npd cgro kau to xa kay nag suffer..he will be missed..

Can somebody give me some tips on how to preserve a beardie i really want to keep him..

Do you want a wet mount or dry mount. The wet mount is much easier as all you'll need is denatured alcohol, pero if you want a dry mount then that will be a bit tricky. You'll need to slice em up and skin it, turning it inside out, then apply borax powder on the inside skin. stuff it with cotton and stitch it up. Pose it the way you'd want it then rub or spray formaline. by the way replace the eyes with plastic eyes which can be bought at Chester's enterprises or Familia. This is really tricky bro, any way you go wrong, you'll need to dump whatever remains of the lizard coz it will smell......research more but if that wont work go to Ramos near velez and right infront of BIGFOOT is an old house, ask for Mr. Dodong Borromeo, he preserves animals quite well but i just dont know if he still does it. Cebuano taxidermists are fastly diminishing........
