mga bro! need help! anyone have an idea on how to change the language of installed windows xp
os from korean into english!

you can use Windows MUI (Multilingual User Interface)
But to install MUI on non english OS you have to do a clean install

yep you need device drivers
naa mana pakapin ig palit sa laptop
or download ka from laptop manufacture

i mean step by step procedure!
for i am not that techno when
it come to computers!

the cpu is installed with windows xp with a korean language
every thing on display is in korean!
someone told me that i could change it to english by going
to regional language in control panel!
but i cannot understand everything it displays!
any idea mga bro?

nope... ang mausab ra s regional settings is ang language ra dili ang interface mismo like sa mga menus
