They are the first company in the Philippines to introduce online call center core skills training that will be available 24 hours and accessible in all parts of the country.
The recruitment process involves applicants attending an online orientation, application, and initial screening exam which will take 2 hours to accomplish. In the event that the applicant successfully accomplishes this stage, and passes the initial screening exam he/she shall be automatically endorsed to our affiliate call centers for the final series of the on-site hiring exams and interviews. If the applicant fails the initial screening exam the applicant will be required to enroll in the online training available at the authorized internet cafe' establishment before they can re-apply and take the 2nd and final screening exam.
