so kung na test na nimo sa lain ang ram, vcard & procie...that leaves the motherboard as suspect...butangi kuno ug speaker/buzzer ang mobo...and listen carefully kung naa bai beep when you switch it on...kung wala and igo ra gyud mo tuyok ang fan sa heatsink, your motherboard has an internal short...bring it to Green Valley Computer Repair Shop...new branch nila naa sa Raintree Mall...

i am assuming that your psu is also good...

i think your pc is booting just well..

try to check your connection between the system unit and your monitor first if ok then power it up..

if ok ang monitor nimo the led should be green, no input data from the vcard it will go to standby mode led should be orange.. you should see a note from your monitor no input signal..

if black lang cya wala cya ana nga note then something is wrong with your monitor..

    hope it helps..
