of course this will have a hsf... just look at the box size that's a total waste of packaging if without...but who needs a stock HSF for a procie that has unlock multi and capable to reach 6ghz? Although target price is much lower than the intel's extreme series yet this procie needs to be pushed to get what it's worth

IMHO, if this is intended to compete with P II X2 550 BE then this should be priced Php 4.5- 6.5K price range to be successful

edit- guess I was wrong and it did not come with HSF
