    birdy's nest for 20 pesos. 6 chkn cube. 10 2 eggs, 1 tayobong, 1 sibuyas dayon. or malungay. 20pesos rah.

    mga subak: chicken cube, 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste. leeks or sibuyas dahon. corn starch. basta kana. pwde sad tayobong kai tag peso ra. katong yellow na gamiton sa billiard. padangug bah...

    pagbuhat: HAPA BROD! KAI KAI GUBOT. hehehe.
    boil water depende ninyo, ilahi ang eggs sa white n yolk, segregation kai masuko c cortez mao ang basura diri sa amoa wala kuhaa. huhuhuhu. sibuyas dahon chop thinly, basta gagmay.
    pag boil, put cube, buyas dayon, then egg white mix with fork slowly and low heat d i. then yolk dayon then ang color coding ana, mag whitety and goldy, then salt n pepper dayon, and tayobong dayon na gimix sa 5 table spoon water. plain water ha. depende lang ninyo kong ihurot ang tayobong.

    extra extra extra LAGI EXTRA:

    takuyaki mushroom, ma fresh or dried. pero mas barato ang dried then humulan ug tubig. then pag luyat na. AHIMMMMMM..... chop to thin or chunks, then onion white and garlic thin chops. and u can also add some ham chop chunky. hehehehe.

    cooking depends on how u see things ahead. estimate. bahalag tab-ang kai sa parat. its better to be deadma than to be scary.

    honey glaze: pa fish, pork, chicken and beef, budget 250 to 300php, gamita ang mga subrang lamas sa balay.

    ang dagan sa panahon: for fish, i like garopa's or lapu2 labi na dagko. fillet then kuhaon ang mga bones. pwde ma steam, or ma pakurat deepfry. to season, salt n pepper, for steaming, limonsito gamay paa wala langsa. tender mangud ang meat sa lapulapu labi na big na lapu2, yummy. then for pork, slice pa taas like bacons, kanang dakog meat and less fats na part sa baboy. oink oink. then dok-dokon para ma humok, then fry dayon, season with salt n pepper and same sa beef, pero pag beef kanang bata pa, just ask sa naninda kanang imoon ug tusino na park. dokdokon n salt n pepper.

    for the glaze, limonsito gamay, water and brown sugar or white, i like white sugar for the fish. mix water, dissolve sugar and limonsito gamay para pa aslom aslom, then pag steaky na gamay, i spread cya sa mga meat. then dressingan dayon sa mga sagbot. hehehehehe.

    Extra extra extra EXTA LAGI ADIS. for the glaze, mas ok pag pure honey jud kai after sa pag cook, pwde ra spread dayon ang honey or pwde pud inion and i enhance and honey. depending sa taste nimo.
    then sa dressing, onion rings, pwde pud sidedish lettuce onion n mayo tomatoes fresh and some bill peppers for dressing..

    tuna cheesy carbonara: hala oi carbon jud. woot woot

    canned tuna, cheese powder, onions, garlic, all purpose cream, pasta, salt and pepper.

    boild water then put the pasta, with little oil and salt
    chop garlic and onion dice
    open the canned of tune and separate the water. ayt
    open the all purpose cream

    heat the pan, then oil then put the tuna, and make sue u can smell the tunas aroma, then onion and galic, pero dpende ra ninyo if onahon ninyo ang garlic and onion, ako lang g last para ma taste ghapon nako ilang lasa. then and separated juice sa tuna dayon, pag a bit boiling na, put the cream, and the cheese powder. then salt n pepper dayon. all the measurements, naa ra ninyo. the best way in cooking is to let your taste and expectation do the cooking. the more ma palpak the more ma sakto. hehehehe. not like sa baking kai need to be exact jud sa measurements.

    then pag set na tanan, serve it will its hot. best with sweet mix fruits ang side dish and some fruit juice.
    and ang presentation nindota pud. hehehe

    Spaghetti Meat Balls:

    mga gamit: ground beef,onion,garlic, bottom mushrooms,tomatis, any spaghetti meat sauce, pasta, salt, pepper and sugar, spaghetti seasoning or pizza seasoning. u can find it in dried goods area in supermarket or in seasoning area, just ask where to find seasonings.

    preparation: boil water and put the pasta in with little oil n salt, chop onion, garlic, and slice thin mushroom, chop twice horizontally each tomatis,

    for the meat balls. put it in a bowl, then add salt n pepper to taste, then okay okay okay, then lingin lingin lingin, dependi on what size of meat ball inyo himoon, then deep fry it in hot oil, then when its brown remove it, make sure u dont over cooked the meat ball, my advance, its better to make a 1bite meat ball, a size thet fits in 1 bite. and its faster to cook. then when its cooked, take it out, just cook the beef meat ball fast, specially when its a 1bite size,

    pagluto: pan, oil, salt desolve in the oil, then garlic and onion, when its golden brown or depende ninyo, add the tamatis, then the meat balls, then spaghetti meat sauce, then a little water, then the seasonings, salt, peppers and gamay sugar, para ma sweet sweet gamay ang lasa. then estamate what your cooking okey?

    serve: pasta on the plate, then spaghetti meat ball sauce on top, then some cheese gamay, side dish, french fries and sodas.

    hope u cook it good. i prefer with experiance cooking with my food, for beginners, its bette to have somebody to monitor and taste your food. but its always better na tab-ang kai sa parat. hehehehe

    green spaghetti: parsley, pasta, canned tuna or breast yummy sin less chicken,chickn cube, garlic, salt and pepper, spag or pizza seasoning.

    gamay ra na salt kai naa man tay chicken cube and ang sauce ani kai oily and green for parsley.

    preparacion: parsley dice ubay ubaya pud, kai ang taste ani,more sa parsley, then ang after taste kai sa tune or chcken, dice garlic, for tuna canned, separate the tuna meat n water, for chickn breast yummy, slice horizontally pahaba.

    paghimo: boild water put in pasta with oil n salt, heat pan, oil mga 4 tablespoon n salt disolve, garlic and parsley, then add tuna gisa gisa gisa, add the tuna water gamay lang then add chckn cube, haft lang or 1/4. basta depende ghapon ninyo unsa ka daghan u ecook,
    and for chicken, add chickn slice, then pag init na add water gamay lang then cube. then mix the pasta dayon then serve put seasoning dayon n pepper. side dish garlic bread.

    extra extra EXTRA LAGI: u can also add 1 slice meat of tuna on top inig serve. 1 slice tuna, salt n pepper then fry it, golden brown both sides then serve as toppings or sidedish. and for chicken, skin less chicken breast fried then serve side dish or toppings. presentation naa rapud ninyo.

    make sure na dili daghan ang sabaw okey okey, basin ma maki or lumi noon na then ma over cooked ang mga ingredients kai i disolve mangud. hehehehe. this spaghetti is a bit oily, kai ang sauce ani nya kai ang oil na mix with parsley then sa oil ang base para sa sauce, then ang parsley ang base sa color sa sauce.

    note: ang outcome ani, kai oily na green but not too oily pud, depende sa kadagahn imo lutoon, pero mag ok 2 servings lng sah. and before cooking this, try to eat sa spaghetti house sa sm near sa greenwhich, naa ni didto parsley spaghetti, basta, i forgt the title sa dish.

    okay okay salad: hehehehehe. lettuces, mga Romanian lettuce, tomato na nice and pretty kan-on, pipino, pickles, olive paparat, bill pepper. heheheheh. for the dressings, limonsito, mayo, sugar, salt gamay lang and pepper. mas ok ni pag cold cya.

    extra extra EX na oi:
    bacon, chicken, pork, tuna.

    for bacon, naaman kinilo sa market karon. cut it to 3parts or 2. depende sa gusto nimo. then cook it with a little water, with salt n petter to taste or pwde ra wala, kai naa man dressings and salad. basta maloto ang bacon ok.

    for chicken, pwde pud water, same sa bacon ang procedure. and lasa naa rapud na sa dressings. why ing-ani ang akong plan sa pag cook sa extra, coz i want you to taste unsa jud ilang original flavor na walay lamas, and its a way to find and recreate your cooking skills and taste nimo sa cooking.
    for the pork. pwde pork chop, slice pa taas na nipis, pero not to nipis. basta taas, then bread crams, eggs and flour, salt n pepper. salt n pepper the pork, then mix egg with all purpose flour, make sure na lapot or sticky ang texture sa mix egg n flour ok? then dip the pork sa mix eggs n flour then to the bread crams then deep fry dayon, dali rani ma cook, control the heat ok, morag tempura ni cya. pag golden na cya, cook na. basta ang pag cut sa pork nipis and pataas kai mora nig sticks sa salad.
