We are a Real Estate and Mortgage Company in the US and we are looking for a Web Developer/Internet Marketing Associate for our new office in Hidden Plains, Bacayan, Talamban, Cebu City

The following Basic Requirements are:

- A resident in Cebu especially those living near to our office

- Physically fit

- A college graduate of BSCMPE, BSCS or BSIT or other related courses

- Knows how to create and develop a website using Joomla or other tools

- Has knowledge in online ads posting and has a background of sales and marketing as well

- Proficient in English - both oral and written

- Computer and Internet Savy; Computer literate

- Creative and Hardworking

- Strong results oriented and Team Player, but can work independently with minimum supervision

- Full Time Position is required

- Has knowledge of T-1 Line for call center set-up but not necessary
