by the way, i believe the commission rate should be higher for licensed RE Brokers which should have at least 5%, for licensed RE agents 2.5% siguro.

For unlicensed, dli jud na pwede nga motransact sila.
So be sure agents dealing are licensed or else even owners consenting this practice shall be penalized.
