How do you setup an HDMI home theater?

Bosing, i plan to create a Home theater sa balay.
I plan to go Full HDMI unya ako lang setup sa speakers/amplifiers/lcdtv/dvd or blueray (all hdmi ready)

now the question, i cant figure out how to connect HDMI with dvd to amplifiers to LCDtv.

i mean - HDMI is supposedly audio+video.
ang DVD isa ra man HDMI output.

does it mean i have to use the other connections for the audio?

i was planning to use HDMI para dili daghan connection, it will defeat my purpose of reducing the number of connections.

so my question is - How do you setup an HDMI home theater?

nvm, hmm.. i think what i need is HDMI AudioVideo receiver.

bro. Palit lang wire nga hdmi. Connect it sa imo lcdtv (hopefully 1080p na) and bluray. Ex. 1 hdmi wire for lctv and bluray player, another hdmi wire for lcdtv and dvd player. Built-in na na video and audio sa wire. Hopefully imo lcdtv has more socket for hdmi (hdmi1, hdmi2, hdmi3, etc.) Turn ON tv and bluray player. Set lctv input to hdmi. Play bluray and you're all set. Same sa imo DVD player nga hdmi. Connect the dvd player to another hdmi socket sa lcdtv. So you need 2 hdmi wires para sa imo setup nga blueray player, dvd player and lcdtv. Gwapo kaayo ang hdmi kung parisan nimo lcdtv nga fullHD. Enjoy!
