has anyone here had carpal tunnel syndrome?

my left hand is getting numb and I can barely move it. I did some research on the net and I found a similar symptom like the carpal tunnel syndrome. I want to go to a doctor but the problem is I dont know what kind of doctor specializes on this if naa mo experience same ani pwde mo maka recommend ug doctor or any tips para ma au nani akong kamot

visit ur ortho na lang, and if it really is CTS most probably ur ortho will give u some meds and will refer u to an occupational therapist for splinting...
