Ngano man nga sa Mobo manual nako PC3200/pc2700/pc2100 ang naka specify nya kung motan-aw ko sa mga local pricelist kay PC533,PC333,PC400, and PC133 ang nakabutang.

Does it mean nga:

?=PC533
PC3200=PC400
pc2700=PC333
pc2100=PC133

Kay nahan ta ko mag dungag ug RAM, pero giklaro sa nko kung pde ba kay mahal man ang RAM hehehe

Mao niy nakabutang sa akong manual, pde tudloan ko ninyo unsa best configuration para ani?

"PC2100/1600 support upto 3 DIMMs; PC3200/2700 support upto 2 DIMMs; 1GB PC3200/2700 with 32 DDR chips support to 1 DIMM only"

nahan ta ko sobra 1GB, pde ba 3 ka 512MB DDRAM nga puro PC2100/1600(or unsa local equivalent ani)

I use what i call the rule of 8 kanang number nga PC100, PC133 thats the older SDRAM memory its usually used sa kadtong Intel Pentium 3 ug mga older Cyrix and AMD Procerssors its no longer used in the current nga ma buy karon. The PC2100, PC2700, PC3200...etc are whats called DDR SDRAM (Double Date Rate) memory modules they get twice as much throughput as before, now what i call the rule of 8 is kung iyang rating gi hatag is DDR/PC 333,400,533 you multiply that by 8 and you get the PC rating for the module like for DDR/PC 266 x 8 = 2,128 round it off that PC2100 for DDR/PC 333 x 8 = 2,664 round off thats PC2600, DDR400 x 8 = PC3200 DDR533 = 4,264 round off PC4200 this only works with the normal DDR SDRAM not on the DDR2 models thats out for the newer motherboards. Also ok ra na nga magbutang ka ug faster than maximum sa imong board as long as its not lower than the minimum rated and its the compatible kind for your motherboard like DDR for DDR slots DDR2 for DDR2 slots.

sakto na imo equivalent sa memory... unsa man klase sa board para mas matabangan ug maayo....

na check na nko, pde diay upto 3gig ako mobo ty sa info
