it's a nice film. it wuz dragging at first but you get to understand the whole story at d end.. love.. *sigh*

i think it also has the same concept with that filipino movie starring Dingdong Dantes and Iza (Amihan of Encantadia).

I have seen the Korean film "Il Mare" (starring the always delightful Jeon Ji-hyun) on which "The Lake House"(TLH) is based and all I can say is "The Lake House" is a very good adaptation of the Korean Film, translating it for a Western audience. In fact, I believe that it has improved on some weak story points of "Il Mare".

The producers of TLH were banking on the on-screen chemistry between the two topbillers, Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves, as seen before in the action movie "Speed", and I'd say they didn't miss. Excellent acting from the veterans Christopher Plummer and Willeke VanÂ* Ammelrooy. The film was well-shot, the City of Chicago never looked more romantic...

If I was a mutant born with 5 thumbs, I'd give The Lake House, 4 thumbs up!

you mean moments of love? yeah, i've seen that pero it didn't involve writing letters. telebabad man to ang ila pero predictable kaayo ang story.
