with your present setup...TRY IT...if the temps are quite high for your comfort or unstable sya...then its time to start upgrading your stock procie cooler/fans/rams etc...

suwayi usa....gamai ra man kaayo na nga boost from 2.5GHz to 3.0GHz...

but before anything else...read...read...read about OC...para walai sipyat/disgrasya...

yeah kinahanglan ka ug decent cpu cooler if you are ocing your processor, your board and psu supports oc so no problem with those...you can stick with your ram though, no need to upgrade it just yet...try ocing your pc step by step and I beg to disagree that 2.5 to 3.0 is not a significant oc...it is good enough to play modern day games considering you have a c2d procie...ocing your procie further would just give you few more fps but would lessen the life of your components significantly...if you are not into video editing, then 3.0 ghz is decent enough...
