pero patyun sad lagi ta sa QA. kahinumdum lang ko sa una mga remote access, human makatolog......
mahibong nlang ang cx ngano wala na nag lihok iyang mouse.... tsk tsk tsk
hehe.. di man perme bitaw mag QA.. kung naa QA pangayo lang update perme sa customer.. mosabot man sad na sila labi na kung pareha anang OSRI na dugay kaayo mahuman..

just talk to the guy. we do outbounds and usually our customers are always in a hurry. so what we do to keep him on the phone is talk slowly and clearly to they can understand, listen to whatever they want to talk about and they usually take out the dead air, plus they'll be expecting your call the next time.
we talk about anything na musulod sa akong utok...just try to open a conversation...but before I do that...I try to profile the EU or customer first...hehe...

Kinahanglan jud btw raport, samot nag OS intallation kai pwerte dugaya, makaduka!
