i got a neck sprain. and a foot sprain prioir to that. its over a month now. i really wanna go back to gym and i want to make the healing process faster. anyone got any idea how? already went to dr. by the way. thanx.

Before, i've had a lower back muscle injury, due to abrupt increase of weight - squats ... not severe though... healed up in just 4 weeks...
good thing that happened, i'm extra careful right now with my lower back... got stronger and thicker... So far, no other injuries whatsoever...
except sa basketball, left ankle sprain...
Train hard... train smart!
just take it slow... gradually addition
Crash: i got the foot sprain from doing too much cardio. more or less 2 months now. swelling is gone but sometimes it hurts. i got the neck sprain around 1.5 months now. because lifted too much weight. dr. says over-exercise or some term with the same meaning. first few weeks sa spain. grabi ang pain sa whole back and back of head. weak kaayo ang arms. then few weeks after ni better na. so decided mo balik sa gym nga cardio ra then ni sakit balik. stop another week. then again ad2 nasad gym lifted 1/2 the weight i was used to. then ni balik napud og sakit ang back and neck! sayang na nu-on bayad gym 2 mo. tsk tsk hhehe. pag rest nimo 4 weeks? ni take ka anything or applied anything? cardio gihapon or totally stop tanan?

hot compress ug rest lang sa.
rest rajud na cya. l had shoulder pains before cz i lifted too much weights.1 week rest ra. try not to move the injured joint too much and pag hot compress lang.
But if ybu really wanna go back to thc gym,start from the basics and use weights that doesn't strain your muscles.

lift heavy, but not abrupt... ipa anad usa imo lawas... it took me 6 months til i got familiarized with all the exercises with different weights... i've had a week with heavy weights, light weights, mid weights and really really heavy weights...
don't overdo your cardio, do resistance exercises in proper form everytime! hmm... how did that neck sprain happen? what exercise?
