Bernardo Flores of consolacion - he makes elegant wedding gown he's good but a bit pricey...he can walk you through sa imng budget. my fiance sent her the design nya sukod thru email kai wla mn to cya sa cbu to give him the details nya Mr. Flores did the rest...i lost his number lng. i'm sure most wedding coordinator in cbu knows him.
