New Zealand:

Buying of Cars
Buying of cars sa NZ is just like buying things in a super market, you will get your car the same day you buy it with Plate Number, Car Registration, Warrant of Fitness. in short ready to go.

Getting a License

Learners = Student Permit
- You need to study and take the exam. you can retake many times. (naa na ni sa Pilipinas)
once you pass daku kaayo ang Yellow plakard nga naay Letter L nga naa sa luyo ug atubangan sa imong sakyanan. you can only driver if you have a person who holds a Full License for 2 years.
you can drive only 50cc (not sure) without companion.

Restricted
once makapasar ka sa Learners you need to take a driving test together with the examiner
one mistake with the road signs you Fail. if you pass you can only drive 5AM to 10PM (i think hehehe)

Full NZ License
You need to take the exam for a Full License, diri medyo lisud-lisud nasab.
