hi all. do you know of someone who buys funds from a verified paypal account? i have 12 USD left and i need the peso cash asap. ya its little... tried sending in xoom but the minimum amount to send is 25 USD. i prefer to receive it thru western union. anyone can help me out? id appreciate your help.
