Dear SMART,
Once again I got a text from you guys dated 7/3 that my unbilled charges is PHP 2,268. And yesterday I received an sms that I have PHP 268 left until the end of the cycle.My Question is did i use around PHP2,00 within 24 hours?....that's impossible, I only used it for around 7 minutes calling. And I know my usage because always tracked it down.
This happens every month!!! And when I called cust care they will always say they cannot provide what those charges consists off? Are you kidding me? Why would you send an sms about a charge in the first place and then you can't even explain it? That's so stupid....
And when the bill comes out, I'm always within my plan charge which is P800. So I wonder how did you come up with that amount?
And if I'll be interrupted because of this i might as well cancel my service since this is really getting tiring.
FYI, while I'm typing this I'm on the phone waiting for a cust rep to pick it up, its already 37 minutes and counting. Great job SMART.
I will complain about this to NTC if this does not get resolved, I already bloggged about this and I'm planning to post Youtube Videos of my calls to cust care and relate it to my bill so everyone will know your ongoing billing error!!!
