Help with VAT

I'm starting my business and i don't know how to compute and get the vat. My business is about sales. I have products (spare parts and lubricants).

There was a seminar at BIR 82 branch and i was not able to attend yesterday because of commitments.

Please share. based on your knowledge.

computation of VAT is just easy, computation would be:

Output VAT (value added tax arising from your sales of spare parts & lubricants)
Less: Input VAT (value added tax arising from your purchases)
VAT due for BIR

TAX MINIMIZATION SCHEME? Is this legal? U mean dli declare tanan sales and other things?
