Tough Love vs. Spanking

Good Argument

Most of the American populace thinks it improper to spank children, so I have tried other methods to control my kids when they have one of 'those moments.'
One that I found effective is for me to just take the child for a car ride and talk.
Some say it's the vibration from the car, others say it's the time away from any distractions such as TV, Video Games, Computer, IPod, etc.



Either way, my kids usually calm down and stop misbehaving after our car ride together. Eye to eye contact helps a lot too.

I've included a photo below of one of my sessions with my son, in case you would like to use the technique.

ako di ko mamunal sa akong 5 yr old kid. i just stare at him and mupuyo na daun na siya.

if imo man gud bunalan, ma immune na sila so di na sila mutuo everytime badlungon nimo.
and if situations get out of hand, ako na sya papilion sa punishment na iyang gusto, face sa wall o bunal. then after ako sya sturyahon. that way, makasabot sya unsa iya gbuhat. works for me so you should try it.

actually makasabot man jud nah ang bata ngano bunalan sila.... if tarungon lang nimo sila ug storya.. based on experience katung bata pku... thats a filipino way how to raise there children nga matinumanon sa parents.. they correct me when im still young kay badlongon bya ko sauna ehhe..
