The no smoking law on puj's and puv's in Cebu has not been strictly implemented. I think the government should push on stricting the city ordinance. Smokers tend to just blaze away without thinking about others. And we as citizens of CEBU should keep on reminding those who are ignorant of the law and or basically who refuses to have seen the no smoking sign to be aware of the ordinance. i have met a lot who have reasons like "aircon ba diay ni" or "pagtaxi dadto kung d ka ganahan naay manigarilyo" lame reasons which needs to be constantly be reminded. We all need to stand up. Do not be bullied around by those who just care about themselves. As citizens of this beautiful planet. we all deserve to breathe better.
