GLOBE Telecom Loyalty Rewards Program gone SUPER BAD!!!

khibaw ko nga dili lang ako ang naka experience ani nga issue...

I've been told that I'll get a free phone on my 24th bill(2 years) as a loyalty reward. Now I'm on my 28th bill and still there's nothing. When will i get my phone? I'm on flex800 and I've got a very good credit record with Globe. I've called Globe CS and they told me that someone will call me WITHIN three days to give me my loyalty reward options, it's been more than a couple of weeks already and still no ring, not even a text message regarding the rewards. Naunsa na gud ni ilang retention nga wa naman au...mas mu hatag pa sila ug high end phones sa mga bago ni apply kai sa mga tested na nga mga maau nga maaung mu bayad nga
customers... I've emailed their CS still no reply, they have this furom that has lots of online CS, but still they haven't replied to my post what is wrong with them, maau pa ang mga binugo nga mga panutana ila pang gpang replyan...hahai
What is wrong with Globe, I thought they value their customers? Do they?

hala, ka sad pod ana TS ui... false hopes and empty promises... though Globe ko eversince I had my first phone ages ago, kontento nako k prepaid man ko... imo lang, k cge lang kulita ang globe nya

Up ta ani beh.. i also have a friend na same mo ug concern higala, i tot cya lang ang g.ing.ani but daghan d.i mo? saon sad ng globe oi globe user bya ko....tsk tsk tsk

mao lagi wa bya ko problema sa globe kai signal is good and cheap lang pero atleast bah naa lang ta honest answers sa ako pangutana nila kai madala raman na ug hilot... wa au ila CS

ako pa nimo adto sa ilang store. adto pagrant. mao na gi buhat sa ako papa. kay gisapot cya sa ilang loyalty award. first option gi taga.an mi og high end fone, after a week taga.an mi og mid. then low end. walay klaro na ilang loyalty award.

naamana bro...kinahanglan man ka muadto n pa register..ako kay akong gipili kay ang bill rebate..nako bill rebate 920 per month...gi papili man ko ato katong i phone or bill rebate....adtua lang...
