I've been told that I'll get a free phone on my 24th bill(2 years) as a loyalty reward. Now I'm on my 28th bill and still there's nothing. When will i get my phone? I'm on flex800 and I've got a very good credit record with Globe. I've called Globe CS and they told me that someone will call me WITHIN three days to give me my loyalty reward options, it's been more than a couple of weeks already and still no ring, not even a text message regarding the rewards.
