white spots in the mouth

helo.. could anyone help me please. my son is 2 years old. recently, he had a fever with cough and colds. after 3 days he developed a red rash all over the skin.. when rash disappeared,i have noticed appearance of white spots in his mouth(including the inner upper and lower lips and also his tongue).. i dont know what is this. what i did was, i cleaned it using wet cotton. i dont know if i did the right thing.

kuha ug panapton or blak na panapton ( tapos tawas mix with water itusdlod sa ang panapton sa tawas or tagok sa tuba-tuba sa dila) aron makuha ang ugam..if black na panapton gamit, makita nimo na ang ugam makuha puti-puti iyang color).
