Hi,
If you cant find any teacher here, then maybe try this guy: Master Lam Kam Chuen
He has a lot of nice books and videos that can guide you within his Chi Kung, he style is also pretty simple to learn even from a video.....

why nahan man kag chi kung dont rely on books, look for a teacher kay daghan kaau wala sa books na mga important details nga wala gicover
Thats why i said to him, if you cant find a teacher....
The books can never correct your mistakes and will most likely not show you everything, but those i link to above are easy to use videos and books i used them my self back in Denmark before i did meet my Acupuncturist who did teach me a different kind of Qi-Gong with more movements....
I also think Master Lam Kam Chuen's books shows and explains a lot of the connection between Martial Arts and Qi-Gong...

I dont know about any Indonesian Chi-Gong/Qi-Gong, i only know the 2 styles of Chi-Gong/Qi-Gong as i mention above.... The one my Acupuncturist did teach me and then Master Lam's, but i also found that it can be found in some Martial Arts styles like Bujinkan has a form of Chi-Gong and a complete meditation and NLP system....
Like Master Lam said the heart of many MA styles is Qi-Gong...
